2009-June-Budapest-Food on the road-p1

hi friends – the euro tour continues to unwind in the most exquisite form.
we are riding a big wave – all of us – and to come together in the way we do, in music and meditation, is a real miracle.
for me, anyway.

so we said goodbye to our friends prema and pratap in ljubljana and hit the road for budapest.
this time in convoy with jalal, who drives the instruments, cd’s, sound equipment, and manartha, from concert to concert.

we made a break at a service area on the croatia/hungary border...
manose had packed some indian food from the workshop the day before, so we settled down to the perfect picnic, the service area being very short of anything vegetarian (apart from french fries).



we followed it with a little road side celebration...



..and as a special treat, an espresso!



...and a sun bath!



the next time we saw cooked food was at the budapest concert – and well worth the wait
